Information we collect

Registration collects a participant's name, email, school, country, and grade. We collect only the information needed to run the competition, verify eligibility, communicate with participants, and publish approved results.

Participants under 13

Participants under 13 must register through a parent or teacher. The registration flow collects the adult contact details and consent needed for participation.

Public names and photos

Publication of a participant's full name or photograph is opt-in. Participants can select an appropriate public display preference during registration.

How information may be used

Information may be used for competition administration, integrity review, award verification, certificates, results, appeals, and essential competition announcements.
